          	The tension in that bedroom hiding scene had my heart hammering just as fast as Elena's. Damian protecting her like that against another faction leader? He is completely obsessed, and honestly? I don't blame him. Elena’s blood is a literal death sentence, but he’s ready to burn New York City to the ground just to keep her. Things are about to get way more intense in the next chapter. Silas is on their trail, the Romanov faction wants blood, and the escape from Manhattan is NOT going to be clean.
