@Mcconde99 Doctor Cray is simply crazy. He likes the stimulation of seeing creatures and people disintegrate,liquify,or burn. Jarhead can't remember because of Benny shooting him, and Gecko-Teeth had her tribe assimilated by the legion,but didn't want to become a breeder,so she wanted to train and prove herself to be legionary material.
            
            Another character I made is Tie-Knee. A failed super mutant (I screwed around with the skin color slides to make him look greenish) he's really just a murder hobo,hoping that he'll make the Master proud. Proud enough so that he'll talk to him in his mind again.
            
            Some other characters I made where a Courser,a disgruntled New Canaanite, President Kimball's son who went rogue,a child of Atom, and a clone of the Chosen One.
