          If you handcuff a deaf person aren't you technically taking away their freedom of speech?
          Because they use asl and they need their hands to do it but their hands cant move

So i was eating ice cream and you know how theres usually a paper wrapped around the cone? I ate it on accident, I was just eating it and only after I finished i realized I ate it with the paper on
