Thanks for all the comments recently. BTW I'm intrigued, your username means it's better to speak about death? Where's that come from?

@MeglioParlareOMorire That's true! Sometimes it's more exciting to live in maybes than definitelies! As for whether it's captivating, I think I'd enjoy it anyway, because I love fairy tales and anything related to.

@Spiszy I agree! I think the reason humans do dance around our feelings is because of fear but also because of excitement. Love has little to do with the outcome and more to do with the process in which leads to the loving. The book is actually made up of around 70 stories, which are all short children fairy tales, composed during the French Renaissance. The book is often studied by lit scholars because of its striking contrast from other authors during her time. The stories are quite scandalous for that time period and given that Marguerite was a royal princess, it was quite unexpected and very intriguing to French society. It’s not really a captivating read but I think it’s quite informative and I definitely recommend reading it and watching some analysis on it as well!

@MeglioParlareOMorire Wow, I love that story! Though if everyone spoke, we wouldn't have romance novels ;p They pretty much exist on the premise of 'let's not speak til the end of the story.' And I think I have to read that book now!
