Hey awesome guy, im just a huge fan and a newbie in writing and wanted to start my own story. The reason i'm writing this is because the story I want to write is heavely inspired by your bloodborne fanfic. Thus i wanted to ask if i could use some of your ideas (like going to elden ring and then to remenant and having ranni as your wife). @Letmeread42069 Since you're a new author, borrowing concepts for a story, especially if those concepts are from fanfiction, should never be a problem. If some random dude texts you saying "This isn't okay, I wrote a hunger in Elden Ring" he's delusional and petty. Write whatever makes you happy Brodie, and don't let people stop you

Just finished Overture, good news and bad news. Good news, I have the motivation to write again, bad news, it disproved almost every single theory I had planted in Proof of Humanity, and I really don't wanna retcon anything from it cuz everything was placed precisely how I wanted it.
I'll have to figure out a way to go forward keeping the Proof of Humanity proper, while maintaining the spirit of the DLC. My main problem is that the entire DLC is learning about Carlo and what a great person he was, so, yeahhhhhh. Gonna have to take some time to figure this out.

@MehFuckIt in fact, it's easy to fix. Just say that Carlos was actually a good person and the version that Gepetto brought back to life is a distoted and psychopathic version of the real Carlos who died a long time ago, made to oder only Gepetto. As for the proof of humanity, it would be Carlos's Stalker weanpon that P would end up inheriting

@MehFuckIt It's alright, just go along with what you've already got. You don't have to match it 100% to the DLC lore. What I care about is you making an amazing story. If you've truly found the motivation to write again and continue the current story through RWBY, then just go with what you have. You're the best writer I've found on Wattpad, heck the best fanfic writer I've found, period. I trust the direction you already had planned for the story, and will eagerly read through the three-course meal I know you'll cook up

The Knight walks towards his fate, dreaming of two horses galloping in a field together; his muscles tense and his grip tight around his old, rusted blade. The gray sand shifted under his feet as his grim march of death continued on. With each step, he felt that dream dim little after little.
"I wonder," the Knight muttered, raising a hand to the broach pinned to his armor, "What will you do with your freedom?"
He heard screams from behind him. Cries of anger, sorrow, betrayal. One voice of all pained him the most, but it didn't matter anymore. Soon he won't hear any of their voices.
The man finally ceased his march and looked up.
The Night Aspect raised it's sword of moonlight and cut the sky open. Power surged across the desolate battlefield.
"This is our last ride." The Knight said.
The entity growled, finally crashing down to the gray earth, every strand of darkness encasing it gleaming. It's rusted executioner's blade glowed a dim red, whilst the moonlight blade glowed blue.
The Knight sighed, shed his humanity, and raised his arm. A hook shot out, embedding itself in the Night Aspect's core, and with a single tug, he dashed forward, sword ablaze.
Those horses will never ride together again, but at least, they will be free. That bittersweet victory will be the Knight's final accomplishment.

Somehow never saw your update and was coming to check in, congratulations, thats awesome for you, keep doing whats healthy for you. But as a side note, played the lies of P dlc yet? No spoilers obviously but I seriously think what we learn in the dlc may entirely change proof of humanity and its context, I could easily see a reality in which you just say that the dlc doesn’t take place in poh if you ever return to it to begin with but I would still like your thoughts nonetheless

@IronLoyalist Spoiler alert, that's the ending of the RWBY segment. P is supposed to slowly, over the course of like multiple books, realize that him clinging to the past only caused more pain. P is currently shadowing his father, ruining lives to bring back a single one. Once he realized that, he would inevitably sacrifice his life to kill Carlo, the only remaining threat to his family, thus ending the Geppeto family's cycle of anguish and misery to all around.

Sorry, writing this on my phone and accidentally pressed send. As I was saying. I vehemently believe that his morals would still be integral to his character as part of his proof of humanity (see what I did there), hes no longer a soulless puppet but a living breathing human being that. Cares deeply about others and is loyal to a fault. Even if he wants to be cold hearted and shun everyone as to not repeat the same mistakes he did with the Krat folk there would always be a voice nagging him to do the right thing, and he would. Because that’s the kind of character he is. Putting himself in immeasurable danger all for a city that he never truly knew, all to protect the love of his life and the family that he had found.

@MehFuckIt I’d be interested to see what you do with that. Admittedly and this is just my opinion but the rwby segment has so far been the weakest. I can understand that hes a broken man forever changed by what happened to him but he feels like a completely different character, most of his actions just don’t line up in my head. On the one hand I understand he only cares about protecting Sophia, but I also very
