here are some answers for u :)
          1) Her dad still thinks that he can run the pack even though she's Alpha. Hailey doesn't want to upset her father over that. She still has to respect her father (even when he's wrong) because he's her father.
          2) Hailey does not like to put pressure on the wolves for little things and none of the other wolves work. Her mom and dad bring in the money (because she's still in high school and has no 'real world'  job to bring in any money). So thats one more thing why her parents didn't really step down from their position. 
          And no the alpha tone does not affect anyone in the alpha family which means none before her or after her. Well, only the Alpha's in California who were before and after her. 
          And like i said this story is slow so the parts will come up from before. Nd thanks! hopefully i helped you

I edited and combined and added a little to Elfleda' story.  If you have any suggestions ( names, whats going to happen. where its going to happen. or anything else to either of my stories please feel free to send me a message I know it has been a while since I uploaded I have been working and just moved into our house and trying to unpack and put things where I want them and then rearranging them.  its been hectic. In Jan. I will be starting school again so i will try and upload as soon as i can.
