and me a tell yuh bass off experience as well. Me never have friends caz me never try fi fit in but people always try fi mek me feel welcome and that’s a fact can be a New York thing or maybe a weh you deh was just not welcoming. As for the school system, firstly the teachers and counselors are more
          supportive then the ones in Ja,  secondly if you're failing 1 class them pick up on it fast and try ever which way too support you, as well as being on your backs about college, lastly every high school focus on a different career path unlike Ja where every school teaches the same basic subjects. So if you didn't learn nothing maybe you learn different but not everyone learns the same, as for me l was struggling in Ja because teachers don't care if you want to learn or not and Then I came to America graduated with honors and now I'm going to college for Criminal Justice and me first year me mek it pan the dean’s list. I would rather have my Child go to school here the Jamaica caz me know fi a fact he/she ago learn… Me response to Saint
