It's 23rd January , as soon as the clock strikes 12:15 pm a canon is fired from Elgin Road, Calcutta . Almost instantly every home of the entire neighbourhood breaks into conch shells all ringing simyltaneously. For that's how we commemorate  the hero on his birth anniversary .
