Hi, I'm Melissa McCarthy (no, not THAT Melissa McCarthy), and  I'm a storyteller. Plain and simple. At 16, my boss gave me the "Walt Disney Award for Storytelling" because I had a story about everything. I've been proving him right ever since. 

Ask me about my subway ride home last night, and I'll tell you about the two Portuguese tourists I met with the biggest bag of gummy bears I've ever seen. Tell me to make you laugh, and I have an archive of anecdotes to share. Ask me what I love to do, and I'll tell you that I love to write stories. 

During the day, as a Senior Copywriter, those stories are for brands. The rest of my time is spent writing comedy, memoir, about music or some combination of all three.
