@Melissasan154 So very late to this and you may already know it by now BUT I had the same problem a while back before figuring out it's cause you they have a limit on how many people you can follow. So once you hit a certain amount (I'm not for sure on just how much that is though) then it won't let you follow anyone else. I hope that helps lol :)
