Melanie is a passionate writer and devoted mother of two adult children. Alongside her supportive husband, Jamie, she navigates the joys of being an empty nester, often with a good book in hand or a story line developing in her brain. 

A lifelong bibliophile, Melanie has been immersed in the world of literature since high school, where her first foray into writing involved crafting a romance novel for her English class, complete with its own cover page. 

Encouraged by her husband to pursue her dreams, Melanie has embraced her love for storytelling with fervor. She specializes in romantasy, weaving twisted tales of strong heroines who overcome life's obstacles and ensures that every story has a happy ending, with villains receiving their due.

Outside of writing, Melanie indulges in her passion for family history and enjoys traveling. Her greatest joy comes from her family-her husband, children, and beloved nieces and nephews, who hold a special place in her heart.
