Uhm idk what's going on but I just got a bunch of spam followers today? I think they might be very well desguised bots. If you have 'follow back' set as your location I may be unfollowing you if you have followed me, just a warning. I follow back my followers because I think it makes them feel welcomed to my stories, not for follows.

@FanFicAu Usually money, it takes talent to fool people into that sort of thing so they have to be smart about how they do it, most of the time the scamers are located in a different country where they don't have laws about that sort of thing

@FanFicAu The main reason I've seen is to get a profile a bunch of followers to seem legit and trust worthy and then scam people, I haven't got any shady links on here yet but I have on Amino when the same thing started happening
