Please help me find this story again...
I am searching for a specific werwolf book that I last red in November 2022. I believe it's been deleted, so hopefully the author sees this.

Summary of the story:
The female protagonist (don't remember her name) is human, living in a world dominated by werwolfs. She's married to Ollie, also a human.
Some people in their neighberhood get sick but the werwolfs refuse to give them medication. The protagonist sneaks in a hospital and steals the meds.
When she is trying to leave, the Alpha Superior (Alpha of Alphas, don't remember his name either) catches her.
They are mates.
She slips through the doors and escapes.
Ollie and her want to get on a train to escape but don't manage. She gets caught and brought to the Alpha Superiors castle.
Most of the story is about her time there, her interactions with him and the human maid Brinneth.
At some point, the humans in the castle want to help the protagonist escape since they know Ollie.
Brinneth dies in the end but I am unsure if the protagonist escapes. I believe not.
