I love to write. Writing is a way to escape an everyday occurrence. You can go anywhere, you can be anything, you can get wrapped up in any world. Its like a dream but better, you can control it with your words. Reading comes hand in hand with writing they are like best-friends. If you can't read then how do you know what to write. Writing came to me through my love of music and my love to sing. I like to write songs but a song is basically just a poem sung and a poem is just a different way to tell a story. Its nice to have writing as an outlet because I can't control the cards I get dealt but I can control what happens to my characters. Writing is a way of survival.
     Life isn't a fairytale and a lot of teen girls like me wish for a guy to come and save them from whatever there going through. Guys just don't do that, there isn't a knight in shining armor coming to save us. When I was little I wanted to be a princess and ride off into the sunset with my prince but this summer I woke up. A guy I thought could save me broke me but that's when I turned to writing. I can express myself and I can be confident in what I have to say. My not so charming prince can't interrupt my story, my writing explains who I am and I hope you like what I have to say. Please read A Forever Memory and if you like it tell me.
