Also, “Guardian” is one of her shorter stories. It is only 3 volumes compared to her “Stars of Chaos” novel series which is 5 volumes and “Silent Reading” which is 6 volumes in the Seven Seas’ published book translation.

@Mercy_anba Sorry for not replying as I had a class. Ooops. But you should give “Guardian” a try, it’s REALLY hilarious, the story doesn’t take itself seriously but is incredibly earnest. In a way like Scum Villain’s first book, in its goofiness but slightly dark at times elements. It’s great! I also want to read a lot of Priest’s other works, especially “Far Away Wanderers” as I did love “Word of Honour”. I heavily recommend “Guardian”, it’s quite the amazing experience.
