Merlin The Writer

Hey guys! I've been absent for a long time now, and despite promising to finish Saviour I don't think I'm gonna do it. To put it simply, I ran out of juice in regards to direction, Blue Rose mostly wraps the story up and while the final chapter was meant to be the cherry on top, I really struggled with multiple drafts to get it to just be perfect and I realized along the way it was not necessary, and actually a bit over the top.
          
          It was always my intention to craft the most realistic, and yet best possible ending for Jinx's story with Saviour, while keeping her and all other characters as canon as possible. I think I did great, if the upvote/view ratio is to be believed, the story basically ranks above all others I've read or checked, but I do regret not completing it sooner.
          
          I'm still very happy with the project, and while I always seek to chase perfection this time it really wasn't about that, I was just writing my heart out due to the emotional impact the show left on me and I loved every second of it, every comment made me smile.
          
          Thank you all for following me thus far, I don't believe I'll be writing any new fics for the foreseeable future, as I generally don't really write fics, or novels for that matter, I'm much more into worldbuilding, but we'll see.
          
          Goodbye my dear readers, I will never forget the wonderful journey we've had together!

Everyone! Chapter 4 of the ending is complete! The largest, and most complex might I add. There is only one more left to write, the final chapter! I've been so terribly lazy the past 2 months and progress was slow, but finally, alas, I blew a gust of wind into my figurative sails, and I'm starting work on it as I write this!
          
          Not sure when. Could be done in the next 12 hours, could be done in two weeks. I will try my outmost best. I love you all. Your support has been immeasurable, and I will repay you in full for all your waiting!

Well, it's been a while! Some things came up and I also had a bit of a writer's block for the last two weeks... everything was going so well with the 4th chapter and then all of a sudden one day I just wasn't able to get myself to finish it.
          
          But rest assured, things are better now, I took a nice long break and I absolutely will finish the story and likely will release the first 4 chapters when they're done, with either a long 4th chapter or a 5th one which will be the final one.
          
          I'm really sorry for everyone who's been waiting for so long, I promised and I did not deliver, but Saviour will be finished, hopefully soon!

Guys, I've got good news today! The fourth chapter is halfway done :D
          
           It will be the biggest one in the ending, followed by another one which will act as an epilogue of sorts. Work on the first three chapters is done. I know I'm pastt my own deadline here but with some luck I'll be able to finish Saviour in the next few days.

Quick update guys:
          
          TWO chapters have been finished! Work is steadily underway on the third. I estimate I'll finish it by the end of the month, right around that 3rd week deadline.

I have good news, the first chapter of Saviour's ending has been fully written! It is indeed quite a short one, (1.5k words) but it has taken a decent amount of effort to write compared to other chapters. It's a very special one.
          
          The second chapter, which will also act as the first "real" chapter, is in the works!  Right now the word count sits at exactly 0 because I haven't started with the first draft yet :D but my notes for the chapter sit at about... 4k 0_0
          
          I'll keep posting updates for the two of you bastards who actually followed me, I should've probably told people to hit the follow button in the last chapter, ehh never too late to make an edit.

Guys, I know the chapter's taking a BIT longer (oopsie) but I promise I'm cooking. This is one of those really hard ones to write. With some luck, it should be out in a few hours, if not, then tomorrow for sure!

Ladies and gents, the next chapter will (with some luck) land tomorrow! (or the day after) I can't make an accurate estimate unfortunately, as this chapter will be one of those difficult ones... not for the characters, don't worry :D, just in terms of writing.
          
          The chapter will involve a R-E-D-A-C-T-E-D, and will sort of act like a character development study. It will go over various plot points introduced / developed / refined in previous chapters, and will be written from Jinx's POV.
