WOW!!! It's been almost SEVEN years since I've been on Wattpad. Someone I loved dearly recommended this site ages before then... but they've since cut me off from their life. So, I guess writing (a passion we once shared) became too painful.

I first expressed my desire to write in 5th grade. My "friends" laughed, mocked, ridiculed and discouraged me from doing so. The reactions have been mixed since... but mostly leaning toward that first writing related core memory.

Anyway, the two stories I just published... No, re-published, actually. (I was worried and scared of people's reactions.) I wrote these back in 2015. Not a good time in my life. I am equally scared and embarrassed to read them again to even recall what they are about. The less I remember, the less likely I am to un-publish them. So here's a mini synopsis of my thoughts for each as I wrote them all those years ago:

-"The Love's Stops Here" was an entry for a Wattpad Contest on some theme. I think I was trying to be hopeful, as I am a glass completely empty type. But you can't hide what you really think. So, the ending will likely not reflect what I was hoping to change about myself and my style.

-"Die Now, Laugh Later" was written from a time in my life where I was pushed into a dark place. I love comics... but don't get creepy pasta themes. So, this is my attempt at putting dark thoughts to paper, so my brain would stop fixating on the mental and emotional anguish at the time. I tried to do so by mixing elements and themes of very popular characters in comics and creepy pasta. I was trying to mix oil and water, so to speak. With a heavy side of cliches and tired tropes.

Whew, I hope you understand a bit about myself as a writer and the motivations or reasons I write the stories I published and hope to continue sharing with you. Feel free to tell me what you think. Thank you!!!
