My cat can’t just knock over a cup of water, no, he’s got to be extra. He sticks his head in the cup, tries to get some water, and if he can’t, he pulls his head out just so his mouth and nose are in the cup, and will knock the water over and sit on the floor and watch it trickle down the counter
