Hmmm...out of all the years I have made my presence on this site, I never posted anything on this side. (interesting). I postulate I could berth my first rant here. I am an avid reader, where books fulfill an insatiable appetite for words in which I retain. I do not just read books, I devour them. Henceforth, I become absolutely livid by the taste when an author presents a character into a scenario or career in which they chose not to research. Or chose to procure essential information from what they have observed from television. It helps the story along if the author has completed their research on the situation. Or alas, I could be the only one who feels this way. (smile)
