For some reason I have just got to your Worlds Apart book (don’t know why it took so long cos I’ve read all the others).
Can I just say I loveeeeeeeee it. I’m still only 25% in. But the characters, esp Ash - chef’s kiss!

Huge festive wishes to all of my lovely readers. This has been a tough 6 months for me but the last 3 in particular have well and truly kicked my butt. I had to find somewhere to live because my landlord was selling my home, where I'd been for 9.5 years. We then moved house, having to pack up in a week. During that time, my dog had major surgery & had his eye removed AND if that wasn't enough, the local authority put the service that I work for up for public consultation. To say that the last few months have been stressful is an understatement & my mental & physical health have suffered as a result. SO I want to say 'THANK YOU' to you all for loving my stories. Your comments keep me motivated. Your conversations in the Worlds Apart group chat on Instagram are wonderful to read. The time you take to tell me how you feel about a story or section of a story or a character, is fantastic. To those readers who support me on Patreon... thank you, thank you! I hope to be able to offer more exclusive stories & give you chances to take part in stories in the new year. Those who don't know about Patreon, the link is in my bio on here, IG & X. I'm happy that you started the Patreon - I know that's caused you a few issues too (a while ago now) but I really enjoy the content you CAN put on there! I just saw your account for the first time.I also added some of your stories to my reading list.But can you tell me if all of your books are top kook or top tae.I mean I didn't find any tags so that's why I am asking.
@excusemebrahhh My stories are a mix of all possibilities, including versatile. I don't usually decide that until I'm at that point in the story, then I go with what feels right. I'm afraid that I tend not to follow the ff world in this case, I prefer reality. The book Occupational Hazards has a description where each story is categorised but that's because it is a collection of individual stories. I hope you find something you like.

@RtaValu Wattpad removed it without explanation. They also didn't reply to any of my queries. I'm going to reread it, edit and repost as soon as I have time. It's still on ao3 though for now.
Hey, lovely readers. I'm back from my holiday in Korea & recovered from jetlag! I'm focusing on writing Worlds Apart after 3 weeks off! I haven't had more than 1 or 2 days off in the 5 years I've been writing! My other priority is the Spooky Hands Sequel which I hope to finish in time for Halloween. The opportunity to be at the Halloween party in the story is open on my Patreon and submissions must be received by 1st Sept so I have time to write it. I've had some great characters submissions so far! It's going to be a fun party to create. I must get back to my laptop! Have a great week x MiJay x

@norainasalik My eldest son just said to me "When I learn to drive, I will get a new car but I've never had a car bwfore". My children, Google & other people understand that 'new' has different definitions. You didn't even understand what I said... I said 'new VARIETY of crop' a variety not had before... new! Just like Tae has a new husband but hasn't had 1 before. In currently walking around a museum in South Korea so I'll leave you to try Google or another way to educate yourself in the English language. Have a great weekend.

Well I - for one - am getting a kick out of “new husband” The marriage itself is new to both of them so I get that term and think it’s cute -
And they were on their honeymoon- what did you expect- no smut?
If you don’t like the story - there are others that are smut-less ♀️
@MiJay_V1995 but you are mentioning husband New variety of crop cannot be compared to new husband It's because everytime you plant something, there will always be a new crop
@norainasalik New doesn't always mean there was a prior?! Strangely enough it is open to interpretation. There is more than 1 definition... 'not existing before. Made, introduced or discovered recently. Eg, new variety of crop'
It's been a busy weekend as I do as much writing as I can before my break away. Mini-story number 7 went up in the Worlds Apart bts wedding and honeymoon collection on Patreon. Find out what JK was going to ask Tae in chapter 218! The mini-story explains it all and is exclusive to Patreon.
I am writing several chapters ahead so that I can take a break and during that time Worlds Apart will continue to be updated as normal. I get the whole of August off work so I'm looking forward to working on a story for the OH series and continuing the non-ff story I have started (as well as WA of course).
I will also be re-reading 'when your heart decides for you' and reposting it here after it was removed without explanation. For anyone on AO3, you can find me there, too, under the same username.
