I have a question based on seiro's producing, I remember in one of the episodes of ' about you', it was said that seiro was the one who created(?)/ produced hyolyn's ' dally ', but that was released in 2018, and he moved to korea somewhere in 2019 if im not getting things mixed up? So when did he actually start producing and actually moved to korea?
