Coming out of my sabbatical sooner to make another announcement, this one will be posted in all the platforms I have available so it reaches anyone who reads me regularly.

Your messages are seen. Some of you have made me chuckle, which I honestly needed; but all of you have made me tear up, which I also needed. Your love for my stories is frankly a blessing from the Gods and I’m incredibly thankful for each and every one of you for taking the time to witness how I play with my dolls and send love my way.

I’m not going to address the issue about my departure because it’s pointless and it’s going to bring from headaches than soothing for me. Just know that I’m taking a permanent step back from the fandom and that decision is final. I will eventually return to repost my old stories and give OLAS an ending, but you have to allow me a couple of months to find back the joy of writing.

The other reason I’m making this announcement is to please, please, please ask of you that you do not go into other people’s stories or profiles to inquire about me. They deserve their own engagement and interactions because of their creations and persona. And they are also not my messengers. Nobody deserves that role.

I’m telling everyone to not reply or engage back because it’s not fair that they speak for me. I speak for myself and this will be your source of information.

Thank you for sticking with me, I love you and I appreciate. And I will see you very soon.

          	Much Love.

          	❤️

Wishing you all the best and a Happy New Year, I’ve been reading and commenting on Serpent and The Bird since you first began publishing on Ao3– your writing is truly some of the best I’ve ever read. I think fandom communities can be tough, which is why I stay farrrr away and have no idea what’s going on, but I can say, no bully is worth discarding your art; and I do hope you’ll bring it back for us to cherish.

Hi Mia!
We’re all so happy that you’re back giving us a chance to read your amazing works again ❤️
Just wanted you to know that The Serpent and the Bird was the first fan fiction I ever read (at the age of 24) It will forever be my absolute favorite and only because of your masterpiece, I got into the fan fiction world ❤️‍ I hardly ever cry at anything, but I did dozens of times while reading that
I’m very sorry for what you’re going through, but, please know, that your works left a huge impact on me and many others, I’m sure
I would be incredibly happy to have a chance to read The Serpent and the Bird series once more, but, whatever you choose to do with your works, I’m forever grateful that I got the privilege to read such an amazing piece❤️‍
I wish you all the best and never forget how amazing you are, whatever some may say

Yay I’m so excited you put your work back up! I saw a bunch of TikTok’s about it after you took it down and I was really sad because it looked like such a good book and I really wanted to read it. I’m so glad I can now!
