It has been 158 years since the fated proclamation in the US and every year is getting closer to the goal to view skin color as nothing but a shade on someone. It should have never determined the individual's worth and influence in society.
Many great leaders are born despite the heavy weight of prejudice, they mold the society we face today.
It isn't perfect yet, so that's why we must educate oneself to become like those leaders and curb out bad habits in our sector.
