          Keep your fingers crossed for me! No matter what happens, I'm incredibly proud of this story and so grateful to everyone who has supported Hanna and Hyunwoo's journey so far. If you haven't read it yet, now is the perfect time—the book is officially complete and 100% available online! ✨
          
          And the adventure isn't over yet... the sequel will be coming very, very soon, hopefully within the next few weeks, so stay tuned!

          I’m trying something new: I’ve started posting a brand-new story here, chapter by chapter.
          
          It’s a K-pop–inspired romance that leans into slow burn, longing, secrecy, and emotional tension — a different rhythm than what I usually write, but the same heart.
          
          This story began its life very close to fandom spaces, and while it’s now fully fictional, true stans will probably recognize the inspiration. If you know, you know. ✨
          
          It’s called To Love an Idol: A K-Pop Romance, and the first chapters are already up.
          
          I’ll be updating every Tuesday & Friday 
          
          If you like stories about fame, hidden connections, and feelings you’re not supposed to have… I think this one’s for you.

Hi all! 
          
          I have a few updates for you 
          
          1. I've recently reworked Aching for Adam: I wrote this book a long time ago, and my writing style has changed a lot since then. I hope you'll enjoy this new version just as much! 
          
          2. Also, Violet's Octagon is going to GALATEA, which is super exciting (!) but also means it won't be available here anymore. That being said, Built from Fire, my latest work, is available here to read in its entirety. 
          
          3. Lastly, I'm currently writing a BTS fanfict inspired trilogy of a Kpop megastar falling in love with Hanna, a very ordinary girl on a work visa in Seoul; I'm really excited to launch it! Stay tuned for a few snippets, and follow me on Tiktok @michaelacastellobooks for updates!

          It’s been a while. Like, a long while. I haven’t published a book in years, and honestly? I wasn’t sure I’d ever find my way back here. But here I am—writing again, creating again—and it feels so good to be back.
