I just finished reading the full book "the ridealong" ....BRILLIANT !!! The end was...really unexpected...it made me stop and think WOO what's going on here ? I couldn't believe it ! just like the characters couldn't..thank you for that amazing experience and amazing book !

@hailey2_2nicole Hey, you! Sorry it took so long to get back to you. A) I've been REALLY busy (wrote oodles of books since then and working on movie development. B) I suck. ;o) I'm not planning on posting book 2 of The Colony Saga... but the good news is it's very cheap. The 2nd book is 2.99, and I think book 3 is only .99! Or you can buy the two omnibus editions for $6 each and have the whole 1300 pages or so for $12, which is better than a kick in the shins with a pointy-toed boot! Regardless, glad you enjoyed the first book... keep on readin'!
Your writing seems very interesting, I'll have to give it a look I think I'll try The Colony: Genesis first. I'm an aspiring horror writer so maybe reading your stuff will help me on my way to being a bestseller lol

@Nkmadonsela It is out on Amazon, Nook (bn.com), Kobo, iBooks, Scribd, Oyster, Google Play, and a couple others. It's $2.99. Not going to go up on Wattpad (sorry!), but I hope you keep on with the story!

A friend of mine's wife died a short time ago. It was a surprise that no one was prepared for - least of all him, I think. So sad, but at the same time there have been so many good people from church and other places who have gathered around him, to help sustain him and his family in this time... it has made me proud to be a human.
Death is a REQUIREMENT of life. Goodness and kindness have always been OPTIONS.
We turn on the news and despair. This man killed that. This nation wars with another. We fear terrorists, kidnappers, once-neighbors who lose control and destroy all around them.
But there ARE goodnesses. There ARE kindnesses. There are moments that shine so brightly even the darkness cannot hold sway.
Thank you - all of you, and especially my friend and his family - for the times you have been part of that light in my life.
And please, please... continue to shine.
