Hello, dear readers and cherished supporters,
          
          It's been a while since I've shared an update with you, and today's message comes with a heart full of warmth and gratitude. Life, as we all know, has a way of surprising us with unexpected joys and responsibilities. For the past few years, one such joy has been at the forefront of my life, and one of the reasons behind my hiatus—my wonderful granddaughter.
          
          The laughter that echoes through my home, and the tiny hands that have, for a short while, diverted my attention from the world of words. In the midst of babysitting, playdates, and bedtime stories, my writing desk patiently awaited my return. 
          
          Now, as the seasons change, so does the chapter in my life. My granddaughter has taken her first steps into the world of part-time school, a milestone that brings a unique blend of pride and nostalgia. Watching her embark on this new adventure has ignited a spark within me—the kindled desire to once again pour my stories onto the page.
          
          As I ease back into the world of writing, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your patience and understanding during this brief pause. Life, with its ebbs and flows, has a way of shaping our creative journeys in unexpected ways, and I wouldn't trade a moment of these past few years for anything.
          
          The tales that have percolated in my mind during this time are ready to be shared, and I invite you to join me on this renewed literary adventure. As I navigate the realms of fantasy and horror once more, know that your support has been a constant source of inspiration, and I'm eager to share these new stories with you.
          
          Thank you for being part of my extended family of readers. Your encouragement has been a guiding light, and I can't wait to embark on this next chapter with you.

Before Christmas, my daughter had to have an emergency operation, we all got the flu, and my baby grandson ended up in hospital with Bronchitis. So I didn't get much writing done and missed commitments. Here is hoping for a better start to 2020 for myself and a wonderful year to you all. <3
