I'm from Portland, Oregon in the beautiful Pacific Northwest of the US.  It's arguably the best place to live if you're a writer who also loves to drink coffee, have a beer and go for a run.  Sometimes you can do all three at once here in the City of Roses.

I love historical shows like Downton Abbey but also am devoted to The Walking Dead, Joss Whedon-stuff and Dr. Who. Good guys are best when they are complex and evil characters can do good things too.  Life is just not that cut and dry, you know?
