Michelle Blake

I'm a writer from Rural Victoria, Australia. I haven't had an easy life. I've suffered with debilitating mental illness ever since I could remember. I channel my emotions and troubles into my work, my poems and novels, and my art. Being a writer has always been a dream of mine, ever since I was eight years old. My first fictional piece I wrote about a teddy bear called 'Dot'. He lived in a world of lollipops and sunshine made of chocolate and lived happy ever after. Not a very entrancing plot, but it set the scene for everything that followed. My novels are as such: The Archers of Anixus, Emerald Eyes, The Harpys of the real world. My dream is not to be famous or rich or be lavished with luxurious things... But simply to be accepted and to have my voice heard. If even one person reads my masterpiece {The Archers of Anixus}, and tells me that it touched them deeply and they loved it, my entire life will not be one of lose.
