Okay, I officially give up on deep editing Arnold, lol. Everyone says to “be cruel” when editing especially during developmental edit, but I just can’t. When I’m nice, I can’t cut anything. When I’m cruel, I end up deleting everything!
I know some scenes are not needed but I'm so tired and my mind is cooking up only plots for the next 10 books! I'm like STOP IT MIND! But it keeps cooking so many plots—some really good ones—that my hands are itching to write those stories done.
So, here's something about the Court of Supernatural series...
> I have already cooked the plots for the whole 10 books (it wasn't supposed to be 10 ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ it was supposed to be 4!)
> I cooked 2 books already for House of Werewolves and now I'm scared because I don't want these series to have that many books!!! It was supposed to be 5 at max! Not 10...! Will I ever have time to finish this series!!!
> Also 1 plot for House of dragons. I mean... Please stop it BRAIN! Please, for the love of God! You don't work when I need you to but you work when I want to be focused on one damn book! One. Book. At. A. Time.
> When I was writing Arnold, I wrote 165k words... But that's not it. I wrote a short story too with 40k words also, that basically is a tragic story (and I don't even like tragic stories! It makes me super emotional. I want Happy endings!) so, I wrote around 205k words in the span of 2.5 months.
The problem is I decided not to touch another story until I finished one because that will only end up in a bunch of unfinished stories. I don't want to go to that lane again especially when I already have unfinished stories ಥ‿ಥ
