Hello everyone,
I apologize for any confusion, as I updated my fic today and quickly unpublished. There was some escalated drama on Instagram regarding my decision to publish a fictional piece about real people. I've gotten into discussions with people about this before. I can't refute anyone for feeling as though that's an uncomfortable thing, especially at Finn and Millie's age. I continue to feel as though the "fiction" element in the term "fan fiction" suggests that authors do not mean to imply any truth to what they publish or claim that they have insight into the inner workings of their subject's minds. It's just creativity; much like fan art or the like. However, respectfully, as a fan of the show and the actors who star in it, I do not wish to make anyone feel uncomfortable for the sake of my escapism or anyone else's. On that note, I do appreciate your readership if you did follow my story. It was a good writing exercise and I'm glad to have gotten the response and support that I did. I will continue to support other writers at this time, but, as a writer myself, I am choosing to take a back seat and stop any writing of Fillie based fan fictions here. I have a few of my own projects - non ST related - that I am currently working on. If you are a fan of my writing, I will keep you posted if they progress as I hope.
