hi Gungun, I’m doing great, thanks for checking in. I’m currently dealing with a major change (nothing to worry about, lol) which is why I haven’t been able to update TDR in a long while. plus, I’m also plotting a new akdha short story, hence why I haven’t updated yet. that and I’ve been observing Lent for the past few weeks now.
hopefully before the end of this coming week, I might drop in an update. I’m so sorry about the delay but thanks for checking in ❤️

to my lovely “the desert’s rose” readers, I am so sorry for the long delay in update. I can assure you that I will get back to updating…soon (April, by God’s grace). this month has been quite busy for me and I’ve been trying to sort out some things offline and what not. not to mention that it’s Lent as well.
enough rambling from me, I assure you, I’ll drop an update on the first or second Thursday of April.

I’ve been trying to relax now and I’m trying to rest this in God’s hands. there are some things that are beyond my control and this is one of them. I’ll try to work on other aspects of my application to boost my chances of getting admitted

@MelodiMuse Hey Mide! Don't be too hard on yourself, okay? We know how much effort and dedication you put into preparing for this exam, and that in itself is truly amazing. You're an incredible person who can balance writing and studying with ease and that's something to be proud of. Getting a spot in your dream program is a huge accomplishment, and it's what truly matters. I know it's natural to feel a little unsatisfied as I also feeled the same in my medical test, but please don't blame yourself. You did fantastically well, and this is just the beginning of your journey.

Salute to you how you balance your personal life , studies and never disappoints ur readers also.
Well not gonna lie I am like 2 years younger than you just completed my high school ex- med student and now preparing for military, so much inspired by you that i thought I also wanna give a shot to writing but it was difficult for me to manage my studies and writing. I am not as good as you in managing but still thanks mide for inspiring me.

I’m glad to hear that. it definitely isn’t easy lol. I’ve graduated from university and currently working and it definitely has helped a bit in my being able to write more than I’d have if I was still in university. I’m currently working on applications again and I dread losing the inspiration and will to write again :’).
