okay, guys! so I realize that there is a problem with chapter thirteen in my book because I do have another language being spoken in that chapter and I feel like it would take away from the story to have the english and Deutsch text right next to each other. its just something that bothers me so I will post the link to the full chapter In english here in the convo tab.

You can start here: https://chronicwriter.substack.com/s/dna-of-story Or here: https://chronicwriter.substack.com/s/storytelling-through-trauma I have plans to post some of this content to my Wattpad page, so if you want to give me a follow for more info like this, that'd be great. @MidnightCraver13 - What I ended up doing in Red Trouble and The Mist Walker Trilogy was: Location Time Announcement of Time Gap Character point of View It ended up reading something like this: Winslow Arizona Evening 1947 (Two Years After the End of World War II) Hawk Morrison As long as you stay in a consistent format through your entire novel, people will get used to it. You can see how I handled this with my novels on my Amazon page. https://www.amazon.com/stores/A.-R.-Mitchell/author/B01ID1ND1U?ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vu00_i0&isDramIntegrated=true&shoppingPortalEnabled=true

@MidnightCraver13 - time skips without writing "time-skip" Think about how your favorite movies handle this. Its usually on the screen with a time, year, date... and all the info. Vantage Point with Dennis Quaid might be something you want to watch for ideas. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vantage_Point_(film)
