I can’t promise it’ll be the next chapter, I’m trying a little format atm
But I will finish that before i take a little break and do some editing!
I’m considering plans to revise some things and make some deep edits soon, once I finish the current section I’m working on
I may not go all the way back to the beginning, but there are some sections I really don’t like, and until recently, I thought maybe it was me being harsh on myself until someone shared the same thoughts
I’m currently riding the wave of what I’m writing right now, but as soon as I’m done with that, I maybe take a break from new content for a while, extract a large section I want to rework, and just consolidate/completely rewrite the entire bit until I’m happy with it
I was going through a weird haze at the time and I feel like my head is a bit more clear, especially now that I’ve got things mapped out better
TLDR, if you have any criticisms to share or things you want me to look for, share them with me now (preferably here under this post) so I can look for them when I do go back
@Deino-Nuggets that’s one of my major issues Specifically the hideout, I spent way too long there and I think I just needed someone to point it out for me to feel like my hatred towards it was validated I want to rewrite and shorten basically that entire section
@MidnightLotus_ im curious to see what you think is particularly weak about the conductor. im a bit behind but i think the only thing i disliked while reading was that the pacing kind of dragged on, but nothing major ^^

@Hoyong99 actually, tbh If I have time in the coming days I may just take a break from working on new content and go revise that entire section Because the more I think about it, the more I realize I just completely hate it
@Hoyong99 thanks for actually saying something about it, I’d rather be told things like this Because sometimes I feel insane thinking if it’s just me that dislikes it or if it’s a widespread issue
Yo, I’ve been thinking about possibly doing a comic version of the conductor. But I wanted to get your permission first before I proceed. I wanted to possibly put it on deviantart and instagram. IF you want me to, I understand a great story like this one is best told through words and one’s own imagination. But I wanted to illustrate what I saw happening in the story as how my imagination had set it. Anyways, all that said it is completely up to you if you allow me to attempt to turn it into a comic. @MidnightLotus_ yeah for these designs, I’m going to try and stay close to what you did on your cover, but I added some details in some places so that it’s not too blank, you will see that being done with Vanessa as soon as I finish her design. Then I just need some details on the other two main eeveelutions. Then I was wondering if you want me to make a new cover that you could also use for the main book that you would want. Cause I know you’ve mentioned that you wanted to redo your book cover. But yeah, that’s about it for now. Happy writing!
@Cool_Dog_101 that looks cute! Fairly similar to a lot of my own drawings of him, lol I can try to help with some of the character’s looks if that’s ever at any point an issue

Don’t know how far along that is in the book as a whole but I’m excited!

Now that things are more set in stone, I have some cool ideas for what I want to do for it
I might also change the title to just “The Conductor” and remove the parentheses (because cringe lmao)

I don’t remember when exactly I started this project (Conductor), but it’s been in the work for roughly two years now, if not beyond that. I genuinely thought it would just be something I obsessed over for a month or two and then dropped, but here I am, still working every week to come up with plans for my silly little characters. The Conductor cast admittedly lives rent free in my head all day, but I don’t think I would care about them nearly as much if it wasn’t for all the support I’ve been blessed with. Thank you all so, so much for sticking around for the duration of this project, it seriously means a lot to me. I don’t think it will be ending any time soon, but for those who do manage to stick around for the whole thing, it seriously means the world to me
