Hello !

After spending a long time planning, rewriting, and living with these characters, I've finally started publishing my second novel here on Wattpad.

Her Only Attempt isn't a fast-paced romance or a story built around dramatic twists. It's a quiet, character-driven novel about memory, marriage, ambition, and what it means to be truly seen by another person.

At its heart are Raghav Das, an aspiring writer, and Ananya Mishra, an IAS officer. The story follows them across changing districts, government bungalows, spare rooms, unfinished manuscripts, and the ordinary moments that slowly shape a life together.

If you enjoy slow-burn relationships, introspective writing, literary fiction, and stories that stay with you after you've finished a chapter, I hope you'll give it a chance.

I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts as the story unfolds. Every read, comment, and piece of feedback means a great deal to me.

Thank you for being here, and I hope you enjoy the journey. ❤️

I just finished reading 'Her only attempt'. It did take me a little while to complete the story because i wanted to be in right mindset to absorb what you have written.
And me saying that its a masterpiece would be downplaying how deeply impactful the story was.
The way raghav and ananya communicate will always be a benchmark for me, specially how they hold their silences. Another remarkable feature i noticed was how they didn't try to define things, they lived things, let them take their own shape without actively working on it.
It made me self-reflect a lot, and dare i say im not mature enough or brave enough to do that even when I crave it ardently. The stillness if letting things (and relationships) find their own direction.
Its so calming to see people exactly where you wish to be emotionally and mentally. Its admirable and inspiring.

One more aspect in the story, which is often less represented and wrongly if it is, the arc of ' she fell first' or 'she made him better'. Here, ananya simply existed, and raghav realised how her existence, merely as a light down the hall, can leave so huge impression on him. Also, how you conveyed the entire dynamic of seeing somebody and being seen. It's.. I have no words for this one. It felt as if you dived into my head and wrote exactly what i hope from my (yet nonexistent) relationship.

Thankyou for writing this wonderful narration of life. It will forever be a story i come back to again and again to experience that fiction is not as fictional as we make it.

May you always find happiness in writing, and may you get all the aspirations you write about.
          You deserve it, and more.❤️

Hi, thanks a lot for the follow! I was meaning to write a review of your book so here it goes.

I read your book and its so wholesome and heartfelt. It captures reality of arranged marriage that fiction misses out of often. And you focusing on the details of both the professions, the technicality and the effort behind it, that was literally cherry on the top. It reflects your efforts and understanding of your characters. I highly suggest that you publish the book in paperback.
Thankyou for giving this marvel of a creation. Its very rare to find so real and so wholesome books on wattpad .

Ps- a little word of advice, please dont dishearten yourself if the numbers of readers or votes are low initially, they are not true reflection of how amazing yours work is. There are lot of algorithms etc are in work so often times many amazing works remain underrated. But please never stop writing because of this, you have a talent that many popular authors on wattpad lack, the talent to convey true, heavy emotions and thought processes into literary expression.

Take care author. May the joy of writing always be with you. Looking forward to more of your creations! ❤️

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Reading your review genuinely made my day.

I'm really happy that the arranged marriage aspect, the professional details, and the characters felt real to you. I spent a lot of time trying to make them feel authentic, so hearing that it came across means a lot.

Your support, kindness, and thoughtful feedback mean more than I can properly express. Thank you for reading my story and for believing in it. Wishing you all the best, and I hope you'll enjoy whatever I write next. ❤️
