The wisest thing ever said to me was to finish what you start. I started my passion for writing in fifth grade and have had many ups and downs. Failure and success came in odd and random patterns and giving up looked good when times were rough. Instead of quitting, I decided to continue to write. A passion to read and write sprouts from the amazing reality that reading an author's work is the simplest way to experience the beauties of their conscious and subconscious mind.
Being in my late school years and knowing what it feels like to be an outcast to everyone around you - to be a misunderstood misfit - has been a regular in my life. My passion for writing is my escape from intense emotion, my hone for calm and quiet peace, and my sanctuary for showcasing my ideas in a way that people can actually understand.
If I walk away from this beautiful experience of reading and writing, I'll lose a part of myself. Then, I'LL be unfinished. I will finish what I start and find ways to complete it with nothing - not even death - to keep me from reaching that goal.
I am more than grateful for the support I already receive and the support I will receive for days to come!
