I freaking need to focus. So many things to do, so little time. My ADHD brain is about to burst. 

I want to write again but, every weekend or during my Holidays, my brain is too exhausted or I am too busy doing other stuff.

Sometimes, I deeply question myself why I put myself through such torturous moments every time that I do my long runs. I came to the realization that I could have done something more relaxing like laze in my bed but, I went ahead and registered for a half marathon (21KM). 
          
          Why not? I enjoy the feel of the wind on my face and, hearing each step and labored breaths I make.
