I need to say this honestly.
I never started writing for votes. I started writing because this story means something to me. Because I love these characters, this world, and writing itself. But at the same time, I also believe my book deserves acknowledgment and respect for the effort, emotion, and time I put into it.
For a long time, I ignored the silence and kept updating without expecting much in return. But now, I’ve realized something — many readers enjoy the story silently without even acknowledging the hard work behind it. And yes, that hurts.
Still, I don’t want to be unfair to my story by writing out of frustration or forcing updates only for numbers.
So from now on, I’ll stop asking for votes. I’ll simply mention the target, and if your heart genuinely wants to support the story, you can. If not, you can continue being a silent reader.
As a writer, I’m writing for myself first. For my story and my characters.
I’m honestly very disheartened right now, and this was the last bit of patience I had left. So from now on, updates will happen according to my schedule, mood, and free time — maybe once or twice a week, maybe more.
Thank you to the readers who truly support and acknowledge my work. It means more than you know.

@Midnight_Oaths29 It's okay dear....Take your time ....I understand we fell frustrated when we donot get the expected result as per our hardwork....Trust me writing a story and such a masterpiece that you are writing is not a piece of cake for everyone....I shared your story with my friends as I donot have much followers so posting it wouldn't have helped you but I have Asked them to vote and comment....and please don't burden yourself....It's definitely your choice for updates but don't worry as soon as you will update...I will try to vote and comment as early as possible....

Suggest these technical quick-fixes: Try the Browser: If she’s using the app, try logging in via a mobile or desktop browser (Chrome/Safari) to hit publish there. Force Close & Update: Ensure the app is updated to the latest version. Check the "Acknowledge" Box: Sometimes a small pop-up appears asking to acknowledge that the work is original/copyright-compliant. The "Publish" button won't activate until that box is checked. 4. Connectivity & Server Status VPN/Network: If she is using a VPN, have her turn it off. Sometimes Wattpad's security flags certain IP addresses. Copy/Paste Safety: To be safe, tell her to copy her text into a Note app or Google Doc immediately. If the app glitches while she’s trying to fix this, she doesn’t want to lose her hard work!
