To anyone, living in Europe or otherwise. I have a message. I'm not really a political person and normally I shut my brain down if anything to do with Brexit or anything else of that sort is mentioned.
Article 13 is a worthy exception.
If article 13 is passed, it will affect my entire life, and not for the better.
I will not be able to write fanfic, access a lot of content on YouTube or even make fanart. People won't be able to access memes or content that has a "trademark"
This affects not only people who, like me, live in Europe, but also people outside our continent who will be affected similarly.
If I can reach just one person, it could be enough to stop this hellish future that is trying to be forced upon us. So please, do what you can. Sign petitions, contact your local MP, anything.
I'm probably not the best person to say all this, like I said, I'm not political. I don't know much other than the basics. If you want to know how you can help, my friend @puffin_fanfics has a lot more on the subject, as well as a couple links to petitions.
