I'm no longer allowed to talk to my best friend. I guess I'm back to having no one I trust anymore :(

There's two authors that write such amazing stories but always delete them so I kinda hate them right now 

I fucking hate authors that start stories and even finish some but always delete them

I've had panic attacks before but never ones as bad as this! Oh god what wrong with me. My chest hurts! I can't stop crying, I just want it to stop

I just learned I'm going to have to give a presentation in technology!Doesn't she know that some people can't do presentations? Our school really needs to learn that some people have really bad anxiety and get panick attacks easily especially in front of lots of people 

Today fucking sucks. Someone kept making fun of me for always wearing band shirts (he did this multiple times) and that just caused me to start thinking that everyone hates what I wear and do and now I'm laying in bed, my chest is so tight and I'm crying. What did I do to deserve to feel this way?
