            some mechanisms i use are listening to music and sketching, also sometimes i try to distract myself with funny stuff yk? get it off my mind. other times i just watch sad stuff and cry because i can’t cry because of my issues but i don’t think that’s really healthy </33
            
            but anyway, im here for you ml, and I love you so so so very much. if you ever need we can talk about anything and everything, i love youuu <33
