Every 5-10 months I come here to regret making fanfics and spending 10 hours on cover arts for each chapter.

I can understand the dislike for the last 8 pages of aot, but honestly, I find it fascinating. 
          
          Aot leaving us with this pending ending is honestly a beautiful wrap up that shows the general message of aot: war being inevitable.
          
          And for those saying this put Eren’s actions useless, I don’t think they can comprehend that the eight pages are YEARS set in the future. Things are not bound to stay the same. 
          
          I believe it is commander Pixis or Erwin who said this but this is my favourite line of the show.
          
          “As long as there is always one man standing, war will always continue.”
          
          Even if this show has giants roaming around butt naked, it is honestly one of the best and realistic endings in this situation in general. 
          
          There really is not another way to end it other than simply more war if the alliance didn’t temporarily give peace or simply nothing if Eren had continued with the entire idea of the rumbling and left the world flattened by the steps of the colossal Titan.
