This is my attempt at a feminisation story that focuses on school uniform. I've tried to give the characters natural motives (as natural as can be in this scenario) and tried to ground the story in reality. I want the reader to know that the central character really is being forced, not by magic or voodoo, but by the will of his own mother and his lack of an ability to fight back. @Mike2891 can you make it there's a way for him to escape his mother eventually? Think will make a better story for him to be released with a loving gf or something else. Just my suggestion.
