I don't understand why Wattpad is so strict with their guidelines, and are now making them even more so. Even if they want to cut down the taboo kind of kinky, fine, but why are they going after the pure smut fics?
          
          Like, do people over there forget that 50 Shades of Gray, a popular book (that also gets made fun of) was a twilight book fanfic when it was first written? A heavy smut one at that?
          
          Not to mention there are those 365 days films, which probably have a similar backstory. Yes, we can make judge them all we want, but those stories have an audience for a reason.
          
          And even then, you're allowing fanfics on your site. Some of them are going to be a little.... You know.
          
          And now people are moving to Ao3, and for good reason.

@MikeStealin It really is annoying. I might be moving to Ao3 as well with the way Wattpad is going. Especially since they are having AI handle account bans and book terminations.
