I write. Not professionally, but for therapy and fun, it's been my private pursuit for most of my life. My work is fundamentally about the complexity of human emotion and the psyche.

My writing includes both poetry and fiction.

My poetry is direct and raw, based on my own personal experiences, using emotional precision to capture the unfiltered truth of memory, connection, and conflict. I commit to saying the difficult things plainly.

My fiction explores ordinary lives disrupted by moments of quiet unease, grief, and the uncanny. These stories often live in familiar settings but hint at something unseen, supernatural, or emotionally haunting. I focus on subtle chills, human fragility, and the slow, creeping realisation that life is never quite as simple as it seems.
