Why do I feel so tired all the time? I do nothing all day yet I feel like I've just ran a 5k. And my god, mental health go brr--

@Lena_laylie Huh. I sleep pretty well though, but I haven't tried a blood test yet, so perhaps it could be I lack vitamins. Thanks for telling me by the way! I appreciate it ^^

@ MimiNicolette  maybe you lack vitamins, that's a possibility why you feel tired, have you already tried to do a blood test ?
            (It happened to me to be tired and it was for vitamins) 
            Or maybe it just you don't sleep well
            I hope it helps in a certain way :')
