Honestly is DEPED okay? It's raining here at Davao and then they didn't suspend our classes earlier? So me and my group of friends decided not to go then it suddenly rained heavily at my place, they DIDN'T even suspend it! And if its so Sunny and hot that's where they suspend it?? What the hell—

Honestly I don't think DepEd is okay, I mean the education system still sucks and even if they implement a change it's gonna take another year or so for it to take effect. And their late action to suspending classes during troubling days/times is still a problem to this day.
