Silencia--

          So now she found herself here, as she began to weave her way through the trees and bushes, at the pace of lightening.

          Which was ironic considering that was indeed her forte.

          The women snapped opened her gaze, as a shiver
          caressed her skin pleasurably against the cold air. She felt ....different .

          It was not death that frightened her anymore. She had subdued it, and made it her most greatest ally.

          The thirst—She knew she had to control it often, but having taken a moment she knew how to manipulate it. It had subsided for the time being. Yet each scent seemed stronger then ever. It was almost palpable.

          Her silver eyes levied a cool gaze upon Mina as she approached, the silver expanding along her iris.

          “Before you ask me how I’m feeling....thank you.” It seemed enough time had passed for her memories to begin slotting into place. She was acclimatising well to the new form, perhaps better than she had expected.

          The shadows lapped at her feet as she strode forward, her lips tilting with barely concealed amusement.

          “I have been experimenting...this will be most useful when we return..” She stated, as her obsidian gaze moved to observe the land in-front of her, with an expert gaze.

          “I have also decided....that I will make my way to another territory before we begin.. I have yet to speak with her..” Her words trailed off, the calmness in her form was clearly reinstated.

          —For now, of course.

          There was a Sash along her waist, the weapon from her travels that was thrust into it unmistakable. It thrummed, burning against her skin.

          “—.With..Rose..” She explained, as she allowed the familiar name to linger along her lips.

          Her eyes washed over Mina’s physique, taking the depth of her in, checking that she seemed unharmed. They held a link that was impenetrable now. Silencia could sense the women next to her in a much more acute way. It was not this time just by scent, or presence, or even power. Something else entirely indeed..

Silencia--

@Mina--- Silencia watched with rampant attention as she extended her arm, followed soon by the gentle prodding against her mind.

            The beast stirred within, causing her jaw to twitch as she lulled it back into its forced slumber. “Very well..let’s hope I don’t surprise you and take us elsewhere..” The tinge of amusement brushed her words, as she placed a gentle hand along Mina’s shoulder.

            Upon the contact, through the Sire, her own shadows spurred into movement. A whoosh of air accompanied the gesture, as the darkness engulfed the two whole, making the air around them distort with its effect. Focusing on where she needed to go was simple; getting there was slightly different.

            Her mind extended, worming its way to Roselyns territory, tracing each detail of the land, the scents in the air, and the main presence within. After a brief fluttering moment, the silver along her irises glowed, snapping to the women next to her as she remained ever calm, and ever still. The next words, made them shift, and materialise out of the area completely.

            “Let’s go..” She gently whispered, and then with the words thrust into the air, their figures melted into the shadows, as they wrapped around, capturing their forms entirely, moulding against their clothes until both women had vanished into the air, as if they had never been there to begin with.

            The journey was quick, the roaring of the speed at which they passed through the world causing her throat to tighten in anticipation. She hoped her mending mind had lead them to the correct place.

            The two women had vanished from Mina’s own area, scents extinguished. The remaining slithers of darkness melted into the environment, becoming one with the shadows of trees, bushes, and other objects. Seamless, as if nothing had ever disrupted them....

@Silencia--

            Mina smiled, but gave a nod to her observations, “You’re different, but still Silencia. The priority is ensuring you don’t lose yourself in amongst the changes. It’ll take time to adjust, but you have an abundance of it now.”

            She knew mortals turned immortal were rare; it took a specific type of mind to combat the effects of time when your body remained unchanged. But it meant they were much better at grasping time; a century to Mina was far less valuable when she had seen so many. But she had been born, not made. Her mind knew no different. She envied Silencia in that.

            Mina watched her body language as she spoke of her ability, “Shadows aren’t like the gifts in our blood. It doesn’t sing in the same way, but it works as an ally. Your electricity comes from the fabric of you; like marrow within bone. Shadows can become like the skin to those more adept in its power. A necromancer for example. For most however, it’s like a coat - or the blade to our side.”

            Mina paused for a moment as she listened to Sil’s strain, her calm eyes registering swiftly as she tilted her head in understanding, “She’ll help you put together the pieces - therefore, it’s vital.”

            With another nod, she approached Silencia and extended up her right fore-arm, black and gold knuckle-wraps glinting as the tendrils of shadow wrapped up her form and around her extended arm with a child-like enthusiasm. Mina’s golden eyes watched Silencia as her mind tapped to Sil’s politely; a gesture of permission to link her power as she smiled, “Once you lower your mental shield, picture where we need to go and the shadows will help do the rest. Think of me as a jump-start of power to allow you to travel until you get used to doing it on your own.”

            Her arm remained hovered, the stance utterly still. Calmly ready to take Sil where she needed to go.

@Mina—

            Her comment earned a chuckle, the corner of her eyes flaring into a smile. Though her general expression remained difficult to reduce, it betrayed the amusement she so desperately attempted to conceal.

            “You would know..” She retorted back, “Don’t jinx it though, I’m still adjusting to everything...it’s quite different, I feel the same yet I don’t at all.” Her words would remain otherwise ambiguous to anyone who overheard the conversation.

            The tank along her shoulders shifted as she rolled the muscle, exhaling softly as the silver within her irises glowed vibrantly. “As do I...I seemed to have mastered a little..it is not the same as electricity.” She mused, as wisps of her silver hair blew with the soft wind carrying numerous scents. All of which she immediately picked up on, in such a newfound and acute way.

            “That is fine..I’m not sure she’d know how to react if I suddenly found her appealing to my tastebuds.. I cannot remember everything, my memories, albeit intact are missing some...” There was a brief twitch to the muscle along her jaw, and she let out an irritated sigh. “I’m hoping she can assist that.” The shadows asking her form obscured her feet, and seemed to fade around the women, moving on their own volition.

            “When your ready, let us go. The quicker this is done, the quicker we can begin to get to the /real/ task at hand.” Her lips twitched into a quick smile, fleeting, like the glint of light along her sword.

The Animus Clan has far since piqued my interest. Is it still open? If so I'd like to speak to the alpha or whoever's in charge in regards to joining.

@Mina--- Oh that's fine. I was mainly wanting to just rp out a story here and there. I know wattpad's rp scene has long since died down and many others, even myself haven't been around as much. But if you want sure!

(I hope you don't mind this. But I hope you remember Haylie \._./ )

          It’s said that every person has a distinct scent that people recognise when they're around. Most humans wouldn’t catch it, but those lucky enough to call themselves supernatural would begin to breath in the fragrance of salty, ocean water as the newcomer made her way into the unfamiliar territory. If the scent alone didn't give her away the bright blue hair surely would.

          It wasn't long ago that Haylie had heard of her Alpha’s return; even if said return was only through some form of otherworldly magic that allowed the other female to be seen in the living realm. She wasn't exactly sure of the statistics of all of it, but she didn't care. Haylie was here to greet her old pack leader all the same, she wondered if the former Alpha would remember her previous pack’s head healer.

          The girl was clad in some dark jeans, a grey hoodie zipped over a white sports bra, and some yellow vans; her blue hair carefully braided into two Dutch braids that fell just above her shoulder. She had left her staff at home, the bladed weapon infused with pearl and magical properties.

          “Alpha Mina?” Raising an articulated brow her sea green orbs would study the area, looking for signs of movement.

Mina---

@xSageLeaf
            [How could I forget Haylie and her blue hair?]

            It was always difficult to know exactly when the air changed. Braced.

            For a time it would hover in peace, enjoying the clarity of its circumstance. But soon the trees would still, and power would snap the Veil. Mina was particular about those she travelled for, but the woman who stepped into her territory would always be welcome.

            The female that emerged from the trees was tall and muscled far beyond the limitations of human biology. She stood at 6”2, her muscled physique still feminine enough to show off a figure that bore a narrow rib-cage, but toned enough to suggest she was designed for conflict.

             Her black and gold attire consisted of metal and cloth that wrapped around her figure in a form of armour as it extended down her forearms and wrapped around knuckles lined with metal. Her waist-length black hair poured down her back, the colour mimicking oil as the ends blended into her trench coat. It framed sharp features, her jaw shadowing her long neck as defining cheekbones slashed across her face to frame golden eyes.

            Mina took in Haylie's appearance, and her lips twitched into a smile as she took in the familiar blue of her hair. She hadn't changed in all the years since she'd been gone, but she wondered about the changes that were otherwise invisible.

            "It's good to see you again Haylie." Her voice was strong, the tone unwavered as she spoke.

@Mina--

          A rather usual familar figure passed her way through the lands. He steps were, deathly light, like a cat in the middle of the night wandering around a house.

          Golden tips from her dark brown strands flowed and intertwined freely with the light breeze and wind that passed by her face as she walked through. Eventually slowing down to observe where she had stumbled upon. She had a very stocky height, 6'1" where her extra inch was usually never noticeable, but surely she had grown quite a lot since before. Her features were very sharp, but smooth, and toned, the caramel on her skin had a layer of a healthy shine to it.

          Something about this place called her, most likely because she wanted to see an old friend. One she hadn't seen, in.. A long while. To this thought her lips brought up a soft exhale. Studying the lands as her eyes, seemed to have a source of an soft glow lighting to them, being the place was at its dusk. The irises that many had come to reconize, red and blue coloring, and the scar that passed through on her right, disappearing at her collar bone that hid behind her shirt.

          Most times her casual dressings gave it away, she never fancied leather tunics, tough materials, metals, chains or decorations. Nothing protective, and not even a single weapon, pendant, stone, accessory was present on her. So a simple, clean grey tee shirt, and well fitted black jeans, to top off on some black shoes to help her navigate through the surfaces she traveled through.

          Glow had looked to, rather find herself a seat possibly at a smooth stone, or an downed trunk, maybe even a stump. As she waited for the woman of the lands to come and make herself known, so she could greet her. Even get to talk to her, being. Since it's been a while since they have seen and even spoken to each other.

            Mina smiled as she read the reasoning behind her final words. She wondered if Glow had the potential to use her blades until death. She examined the woman with the eyes of a solider, understanding her lack of weapons to be a symbol of peace; an olive-branch to carry wherever she wandered.

            It required a sense of trust few possessed.

            "I suppose the only question that remains is if you permit the judgement to come from your head, or your heart." She rose swiftly, straightening to look to Glow for another moment longer, "I would advise it does not come from the latter."

            With a smile, she gave a nod of farewell to Glow, moving back through the trees to the territory beyond.

            Glow listened intently, lacked peace huh... She couldn't help but ponder a bit on the words. Before returned a soft smile when she had finished, "If it's in the blood.. it's always in the blood." she mentioned thoughtfully, before getting the the next statement at hand.

            "Well I dont think I'll find myself letting it go.. But will always be picked up under the trust of my rightful judgements." she reasoned, it was always true she never carried her blade. It was very rare she would even use it on anyone. While with her hybrid state of breed, she always held it with a truthful sense of judgement, to know if it's worth the use of the blade to kill or not.

            Mina looked to Glow, her eyes flickering in amusement at the reference to her heart, "It makes me proud to see those I once protected rise. But I respect your decision to retire, it doesn't tend to be the life for everyone."

            Glow's question was considerate, if not amusing. Her answer could never illustrate the true nature of her life beyond the Sever, but she could provide knowledge to it. Her eyes flicked to the weapons fastened on her body; the attire she wore before they settled back to Glow.

            "It lacks peace. But I suppose I was never meant to put up my weapons." She smiled, "I hope you never have to pick yours back up."

Roselyn stepped out from the trees, her crimson hair flowing down her shoulders. Her eyes scanned the area, looking for her old Alpha.
          “Mina? I’d recognise that scent anywhere.”

Mina---

@Dangereux-

            Mina jaw clenched, "Unfortunately we can't protect everyone. We simply choose to protect as many as we can, and hope they rise from the chaos to start again." She couldn't help but find amusement in the irony of her words, "Sometimes we have to be tough on those we protect, and ensure we don't allow emotions to cloud our judgement if we have so many to look out for."

            She had seen with clarity the capability of traitors. Cowards. She had never forgotten the names of those that had hidden from the fight, and she didn't forget the ones who had stayed to fight against the odds. Emotions had been a weakness that she had learnt, and paid for.

            Fortunately, she only needed to learn a lesson once.

            The female nodded at Mina’s words, letting them sink in. She knew she needed to continue her training, as confident as she might be, there was always room for improvement. Maybe she would find some of her old allies to spare with.

            She then smiled and shook her head slightly in response. “It’s not fear of what will come, no. It is fear that people I care about will not be ready for it, or that the chaos will become too much, as it has done in the past. As much as I want to, I don’t have the strength to protect and be there for everyone at every moment. They will have to stand for themselves sooner or later, and speaking from experience, I know how hard that can be.”

            Mina could see the determination in Roselyn to begin leading again, and she encouraged it. Supported it. She smiled at the mention of familiar faces, "You will inevitably be busy, but arm yourself with the necessary tools. If you wish to stand in a Pack, you need to be ready."

            When Roselyn showed concern, Mina's golden eyes were calm, "There will always be something coming; a new enemy or a new agenda. What matters is how you arm yourself to meet it." Her head tilted, "Do you fear it?"
