Well hi there.
          
          It's been a long while, if anyone is reading this. I started this account when I was 13, and published my first fanfiction, Transported, at 14. I'll be 20 in October, ready to move on to bigger and better things.
          
          And with that, I believe it's appropriate to lay this account, and the memories I've made through it, to rest. As I look back at all my stories I am about to archive in a private folder, I remember how terrible of a writer I was years ago. Honestly, how did I get 30k+ reads on Transported??? It's garbage!!
          
          At the same time, I will never be able to thank Wattpad and the community enough for what it has done for me. I've now found my passion and I'm going to school to become a writer. I hope to make my first ever fans proud!
          
          These past few years have been an incredibly tough journey, and it's been fun to look back on Wattpad and see how much my writing has improved. (I'm also trans so it's very.... interesting.... to look at this account and my stories and see how feminine I used to be.)
          
          But since the ""security incident"", I think it's perfect timing to delete this account and move on to a new chapter in my writing career. I will never forget the impact this community has had on me, and I will be forever grateful for the first people who decided to give my writing a chance.
          
          This account will be deleted within 24 hours as I attempt to save everything I have ever published, so that I can look back at my work in the upcoming years.
          
          If you have stuck with me for this long and you're reading this, then thank you. Please, feel free to make your voice heard in the comments, for I would love to see who still remembers me before I leave.
          
          I think I should get back to archiving my stories, so this is where my voice will end. It's been an honor writing and growing before your eyes, and I hope one day you'll read my words again.

I'm also looking back on my Wattpad account in current year and frankly it feels like someone punched me in the back of the head. I just said shit on here lol

@katmarwil It's so heartwarming to hear from a reader years later. I had no idea my stories became that significant to you, and to me that's incredibly mind-boggling and wonderful to hear. You were an amazing writer for your age and I can only imagine how far you’ve come. I hope to be able to read you works some day, I have no doubt they will be amazing. Your stories were ones that I thought about days - sometimes weeks after I finished reading them. I hope wherever this life takes you, you know that you are so incredible and your writing is forever imprinted in many of us. Thank you and good luck on your next adventure!!! <3
