I think one of the things I hate the most about parents is when they say that stupid line "I know you better than yourself," because you think you know me better myself? Hell, you think you know me at all? That's utter bullshit. I haven't told you shit since I was 12, I stopped trusting you since I was 9. You think you know me? You don't know shit. You only know the me I pretend to be in order to please you because whenever I try to be actual self you shut me down and tell me to shut my mouth. Don't tell me you know me better myself when you're the fucking reason I have to pretend to be something I'm not.
