@ishmannnn yeah. The media is sold. Everything we think we can trust is already purchased by them. We don't have anyone to trust, but ourselves. We should be the one standing up against this. We don't need a degree to be a journalist, I'd say Go and record your opinions and post them. Learn from people around you, and actual sources. READ ABOUT THE HISTORY!             I hate that a person has to die to wake them up. I hate that I can't do anything just because I don't have that kind of power, in this society. 
            
            But as an Humanities student myself, I've always read that citizens can and are the ones who rule everything. The government is for us, and it exists because we choose to let it exist. 
            
            People have forgotten that. They're blindly following a person, making him a god. Comparing that fucker with a god? How low they can go is just out of my reach. 
            
            I hope GenZ will be more active, and take part in this moment keeping aside the differences they have with the ideology of CJP. That's okay if you don't like CJP, just stand up for what you want. Be the part of the protest for your own sake, at least. This country is yours. People died to let you live in peace. And some are still dying.

            I’m having a real hard time believing that not many care, I’m really shocked that majority of this country is out of touch- they don’t care nor understand the deep deep impact of paper leaks, communal violence, religious hatred and hate crimes. 
            
            And it really baffles me how people do not care about a hunger strike!! Especially someone like sonam wangchuk- hasn’t gained attention nor response from the bloody government- what justice will the normal people get?? Even the fucking British- THE FUCKING COLONISERS WERE DOWN TO HEAR GANDHI OUT WHEN HE WAS DOING A HUNGER STRIKE! Look at the bloody current government of our so called democracy!!. 
            
            Ans no mainstream media will cover this, they won’t cover how hundreds if not thousands of students have been gathering together to protest against this government, how so many of them are on a hunger strike fighting for justice. 50%+ ownership of all media and streaming services in India is owned by one single man. And he’s very dear to modi. And modi’s very dear to him. And he won’t ever let anything tarnish his decade old friend’s reputation? Will he? 
            
            Insolent bastards are ruling this country. While revolutionaries who deserve to lead this country are being killed. 
            

@ishmannnn I TOTALLY AGREE. I am doing History Honours, and Preparing for the civil services examination. But apart from the exam or my degree, I do believe in gaining actual practical knowledge from the people and work for them without even having a position to serve my country. 
            
            I've gone on NSS drives, Interviewed people in Jantar mantar, and on my own also. 
            
            I hate that their argument is "Dharmendra Pradhan didn't kill them, they died because they couldn't handle the pressure of the exams, other students reappeared for the examination just normal, why couldn't they?" 
            
            Not every child is the same. Not every child has the privilege to do the same. There's a huge difference in social, political, and economic background. The whole environment and the Government body, affects the mind of the child. 
            
            What could be so cruel that a 20 year old girl/boy has to give their life for? Think people, think. Nobody wishes to die without any reason.
            
            The system failed them. And what are these people on? Nasha of what? Ganja or whatever.
            This was the second time this had happened, was 2024 not enough for you to remove them? 
            Shame on these people. 
            
            In rajasthan, there are people who leak the exam paper every once in a while, the state government can't even refrain from that, and instead is involved with the cheaters. 
            
            If this continues to happen, I'm afraid There will be no Hindustan, only a country named India will remain on the map. The soul of it, will be dead. 
            Children are the future, stand up and do something for them regardless of connections. 

I get what you’re saying but if you actually look at privileged urban peejpee supporters. They genuinely don’t think this is a big enough deal for someone to resign!  I’m a final year journalism student. Trust me. I’ve interviewed people, especially students regarding this. And majority- MANY of them were like. 
            
            “I don’t get why they’re making such a big deal out of one single leak- the government even had a re- exam!” one girl said
            
            “It’s really not that serious! These CJP people want to capitalise on one tiny mistake the government did and have it as their main runner.” 2nd year psy student 
            
            “It’s not like the government killed them, it’s not like modi or dharmendar Pradhan went and killed these 20 people. They fucking killed themselves- they were dumb and they lulled themselves. I don’t get why the education minister is being blamed!” A dude said! 
            
            I’m not even faking this! 20 lives to them seems very small. They don’t understand how big of a part the education system plays in one’s life - neither do they care. 

@ishmannnn they do understand the depth but they just don't want their leaders to be boycotted. Because they support that particular political party which uses their most personal emotion- religion I must state, as propaganda. 
            
            I'm not against Hindus, I am one myself. But people around us are bigger than that, i won't ever overlook a person's hardship and struggle for their personal agenda. 
            
            Using religion, caste or state based communities as an excuse to fulfill their motives is all they really care about. 
            
            They don't see children crying, they'll meet hands with a country which is committing a genocide, and call it our fatherland. That's all they can do. 

@Minghaozzzhehe true... It's heartbreaking to see all this going on and still no progress.
            
            This government doesn't care about any of the actual issues our country is currently facing — like women's safety, paper leaks, E20 petrol, Manipur burning, daily rapes, murders.
            
            Soo many voices, suffering but Not a single issue is being highlighted; no minister or any celebrities is talking about any of these.

@Bts_soop7 Waiting!!! I just hope they'll be comfortable enough to be themselves on the field. I hate limited reactions and interactions, like in IPL matches when ishan is always away suddenly post Match. I hope this time being in the same team will give us some genuine moments.

@Minghaozzzhehe You're not the only one who misses their bond yaar.  Their old reels and interactions make a lot of us nostalgic.But who knows? The ODI series is coming up this month, maybe we'll get to see some classic Ishman moments again. ❤️

@Bts_soop7 THAT'S MY GIRL RIGHT THERE!!! finally someone who understands my perspective on this topic. Everybody gets defensive suddenly and start saying shyt. I genuinely respect the fans and both ishan and shubman, I see no need of forcing an intimate bond on someone's pure friendship. 
            
            Maybe they're just best friends or maybe they're more than that. I wish to keep the fandom limited to fanfiction sites. Instagram is not a space for such things. 

@Minghaozzzhehe I agree with this completely.
            I'm one of those people who has shipped Ishman for years. I write stories about them, read fanfictions, and love imagining different worlds for them because their friendship and bond are genuinely special. That's the beauty of fandom and creativity.
            But Instagram is where I draw the line too. Wattpad, fanfiction sites, and private fandom spaces are one thing because everyone knows it's fiction and imagination. Instagram is a platform they can actually see every day. If they're not in a relationship, constantly seeing romantic or intimate edits of themselves with their best friend could be uncomfortable.
            At the end of the day, none of us truly know what their relationship is. Maybe they're best friends, maybe there's more to it, maybe there isn't. That's their personal life. Until they choose to share something themselves, I think respecting their space is important.
            I'll always love Ishman as a ship and as a writer's inspiration, but I also love and respect Shubman and Ishan as real people first.
